Ryan Hummel | Visionaries Worldwide

Ryan Hummel

I attended Finlandia University for my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a minor in International Business. During this time I spent one semester abroad at Jyvaskyla University in Finland. In addition, I also coached start-up companies, helping them from marketing & advertising to finding and presenting to investors. The following summer I traveled to Nagoya, Japan, where I completed my college internship at Sintokogio; assisting the International Operations department with their global marketing campaign. I graduated Finlandia University while playing 4 years of NCAA Division III Baseball. I then went on to complete my Master’s degree in International Business from Valparaiso University.

Although having a Master’s degree in International Business and extensive experience abroad, I was unable to find a job upon finishing grad school. Excited, I came out of school ready to get my feet wet, experience the real world. With my education and experience abroad, and the openness to work & travel anywhere in the world, I was expecting to find a high paying job with great benefits. I spent many days applying for jobs locally, nationally and internationally. However, with the economy being down, I was not able to find a job. Nearly two years later I still lived on my father’s couch, unemployed and had student loan debt over 6 figures. I was struggling to pay my bills and make ends meet. Financially, I was at the lowest point in my life; my back was against the wall.

Soon after, I was introduced to Xyngular, and with the help of Visionaries Worldwide, I decided to start my own home based business. Within months I created a substantial residual income and earned a free all-expenses paid trip to Robert Redford’s Sundance Resort in Utah.

Joining Visionaries Worldwide was by far the best decision I have ever made. I now have the freedom to live life as I wish, without answering to anybody else. I work when and where I want, and spend each day as if it’s a weekend, while being able to travel the world with friends and family.

I am a huge advocate of financial literacy and personal development. Financial education is the most important type of education in the world and they don’t teach you this in school.  This type of education is on-going, and I consider myself to always be a student. People I follow are those such as Robert Kiyosaki, Jim Rohn, and my brother Christopher Hummel, who has been my personal mentor for years.

“Formal education will make you a living; self-education will make you a fortune.” ~ Jim Rohn
