First of all you never compete on price, for any product or any service. You will probably lose every time. You will lose in value or sales. You do not want to cut your way to profit, there won’t be any.
Instead, increase your value. Focus on benefits of your product or the service you offer. (more…)

Xyngular – Fair For All Distributors
Friends don’t let friends do binaries! Please please please please don’t put me on the inside of an inside of an inside leg….I want to go in the power leg! At Xyngular we are completely volume based, no structural qualification, no breakage with dynamic compression, daily paychecks & one big power leg that shares 12% of the companies global bonus pool.
Xyngular has two main goals:
1. One is to build a company that allows our Distributors to be paid for their efforts and reward them for doing the things that build their business: Learning about our products, telling others about the products and/or opportunity, helping people in their organization be successful, and developing their own leadership skills.
2. The second goal has been, from the very beginning, to build the company to last. Everything we do is for the long term. Our two guiding principles are: a. What is in the best long term interest of our Distributors b. What is in the best long term interest of Xyngular Adhering to these two principles resulted in products that make a profound difference in people’s lives, a compensation plan that is both lucrative for our Distributors and develops leadership, ensured that Xyngular was profitable by our second month in business, and guarantees that Xyngular is both built to succeed now and will still be growing in 2 years, 5 years, 15 years, 25 years, and beyond.
Beware of Network Marketing Junkies
Beware of Network Marketing Junkies also known as MLM junkies. There are two types of network marketing junkies. The first is someone that has been in 5 different companies in the last 5 years and the second is someone that is in 5 companies currently. It is probably best that you RUN from that person until they decide they are going to stick with ONE company and build it.
How to Engage Team Members

You success isn’t determined by age, race, religion, or education, it is ultimately determined by desire and your willingness to do the little things on a daily basis.

Network Marketing Professionals Don’t Sell
You don’t have to be a salesman to be successful in network marketing. I have witnessed sales people struggle until they transform their thinking. They have to transform their thinking from sales to relationship building. Yes you may be able to enroll some people but can they duplicate the sales process? Selling people is a short term strategy in network marketing and if you sell you will struggle to build a sustainable business.
